Job description

The Opportunity

We are looking for an administrator who wants to make a difference with a company that cares about its people. The Administrator will join the company-wide administrative team, provide support to project staff, and assist the Division Manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the Division Manager with office and division administration.
  2. Format, proofread, and assemble technical letters, reports, and documents in accordance with Trace standards.
  3. Coordinate delivery of technical documents to clients, stakeholders, and government agencies.
  4. Provide support to technical staff, including report writing, cost administration, client database entry, and general administrative duties.
About You and Your Qualifications
  1. You take pride in your work and have outstanding attention to detail.
  2. You are positive, humble, caring, genuine, and trustworthy.
  3. You have an enthusiastic and positive attitude, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  4. You are organized, adaptable, and have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
  5. Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an office environment. Work experience from a professional services or environmental consulting firm preferred.
  6. Post-secondary education or diploma in business administration or other relevant education.
  7. Membership with the Association of Administrative Professionals considered an asset.
  8. You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  9. You have excellent proofreading skills and can quickly identify grammatical errors.
  10. You enjoy work-life balance and being a part of a people-focused company.
