Could you be the full-time Integrated Control Center (ICC) Project Director in Toronto, ON, we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and technical expertise in a transformative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and results-driven teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in reducing the carbon footprint of Canada's busiest public transit system by leading the deployment of the Integrated Control Center (ICC) and SCADA sub-system in close collaboration with our partners. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, and integration, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of project objectives, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing sub-system-level stakeholders and deliverables, but also integrating successfully into the OnCorr program organization and processes.

We’ll look to you for:

Managing the ICC project and contributing to the overall successful execution of the program

Being in charge of deploying the program strategies for the ICC scope of work

Leading and coordinating ICC project activities and stakeholders

Planning, monitoring, and managing end-to-end ICC project activities

Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, standards, and processes

Coordinating and synchronizing ICC project activities with other sub-systems and project teams

Managing day-to-day interface with the customer while maintaining a collaborative and constructive relationship

Representing Alstom towards external stakeholders when required

Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM); a Master’s Degree in STEM or Business is desirable

Minimum 15 years of experience

10 years of railway experience

Experience working in multi-national companies and different business cultures

Familiarity with Alstom’s way of working for efficient process execution (desirable)

Global knowledge of Integrated Control Center solutions

Project Management skills; IPMA or PMP certification is desirable

Strong communication and leadership skills

Entrepreneurship mindset and results-oriented approach

Proficiency in project management processes

Capacity to lead and ensure collaboration among multi-site, multi-disciplinary teams

Fair sensitivity to contractual matters
