About The Position

The Bilingual Project Director will be responsible for leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams in English and French to deliver successful projects for our clients. Responsibilities include :

• Leading the organization, administration, and delivery of projects;
• Liaising with clients and coordinating information transfer among project team members;
• Creating and managing project schedules and budgets;
• Attending meetings with stakeholders to coordinate resources and project criteria;
• Managing project deliverables;
• Working with the Chief Project Officer to analyze and improve processes and procedures;
• Ensuring effective delivery of cultural, defense, heritage, justice, workplace, and tenant improvement projects across Canada.

Qualifications

Preference given to professionals such as project managers, architects, engineers, or interior designers with 7+ years of related experience. Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French. Ability to manage projects independently is preferred.
