Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Waterloo, ON for a Project Design Coordinator. The Project Design Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Preparation of detailed engineering drawings primarily for building structures including plans, elevations, sections and details
• Site measurements and investigations for the purposes of preparing construction documents and verifying construction progress and conformance to drawings
• Coordinating the Witzel Dyce design requirements with other consultant designs and drawings
• Assist in Building Code and Municipal Bylaw reviews and apply reviews to projects

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Excellent Communication skills for effective client and team interactions
• Certificate in Architectural-Construction Engineering Technology
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with CAD & Revit software
• Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
