At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office and studio space to the biggest names in tech and entertainment, and we're seeking a Project Coordinator in Vancouver, Canada. The Project Coordinator provides administrative support and project management assistance to the Manager of Engineering as part of the Operations Team. From responding to tenant requests to handling building access, this role requires a customer-focused team player who can keep many important details organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

  1. Coordinate with service providers, vendors, and contractors for maintenance, retrofits and capital improvements.
  2. Review, track and report on tenant service requests and internal work orders.
  3. Maintain database for accuracy and timely close out of work orders.
  4. Provide project approval and capital expenditure administrative support, ensuring compliance with HPP financial approval policies, Yardi Job Cost process and Contract Lifecycle Management system.
  5. Maintain building records and assist with operational audit documentation.
  6. Assist Property Team with tracking purchase orders and booking accruals.
  7. Process invoices in Yardi system, including tracking, coding, and comparing them with the budget, purchase orders and contracts.
  8. Track and upload Certificates of Insurance including requesting them and following up on any issues with vendors.

What You’ll Need

  1. Interest or experience in real estate, facilities and project management.
  2. Administrative experience in a corporate environment.
  3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  5. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  6. Experience with Angus, Yardi and/or CLM is an asset.
  7. Ability to multi-task with a customer-focused approach.
  8. Availability to work onsite Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Salary Range: $30.00 to $36.00 Hourly CAD (subject to relevant experience)
