Project Coordinator (Telecom Construction)

Location: Alberta

The Project Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project. This role is the client interface for all project related issues and manages the internal activities with the functional groups to ensure that the project is completed on time.

Position Location: Calgary, Edmonton, Remote

This is a remote work opportunity; however, preference will be given to candidates based in Edmonton or Calgary.

The wage range for this opportunity is between $25-32 per hour based on experience.

You Will Have The Opportunity To:

• Coordinate all aspects of projects (scheduling, financial, technical, and contractual)
• Serve as the client’s interface for all project-related issues
• Interface with third-party organizations and clients for scheduling
• Assist with preparation and presentation of quotes within the standard time frame for the job in accordance with client needs and company standards
• Follow support documents, schematics, and procedural manuals to ensure adherence to company and client standards
• Assist with providing invoicing supporting documentation
• Review and evaluate current processes with recommendations
• Assist Quality Assurance team with monitoring quality control on projects
• Support joint ventures activities where required
• Work in partnership with the Health & Safety team and leaders to assist in driving a safe working environment
