Job Overview

Responsible for managing projects and commercializing customer-specific branded and private label product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
  • Coordinate all phases of product commercialization from NPD to first production run.
  • Track project timelines, proactively identify bottlenecks, delays, and assess impacts on launch dates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Technical Services, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Master Data to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Coordinate samples and assist with customer innovation sessions.
  • Handle documentation, item setup, and complete all customer portals accurately and on time.
  • Complete product costing, specifications, and documentation for launches, including item setups and customer specifications.
  • Review retail artwork, create internal case labels, and ensure GS1/1WS set-ups.
  • Attend product trials and first production runs to ensure readiness and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-launch evaluations to meet KPIs such as NPD minimums, order MOQs, GP/CM targets, and sales goals.
The Recipe For Success
  • University diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in product commercialization.
  • PMP certification or relevant project management credentials preferred.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize, and solve problems.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; own transportation required for site visits.
