Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of office experience required.
  • AIC General Insurance License 1 or 2, or willingness to obtain.
  • Proficiency in keyboarding.

What the Role Entails:
  • Assist with licensing administration and renewal cycles
  • Support acquisitions and license transitions
  • Coordinate with employees regarding licensing processes
  • Monitor licensing requirements and ensure compliance
  • Provide backup for administrative duties and projects as needed
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • Relevant skills or experience—please apply if you believe you qualify
  • High school and/or post-secondary education
  • 2-5 years of office experience
  • AIC General Insurance License 1 or 2, or willingness to obtain
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office
  • Experience with Epic is an asset
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
