Qualifications

  • 2-5 Jahre Erfahrung in einem Büro.
  • AIC General Insurance Licence 1 oder 2 oder bereit zu erwerben.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Licensing Administrator - West) to join BrokerLink working at one of our locations in Alberta on a Permanent (FT or PT) basis.

What the Role Entails:

  • Assist with licensing administration and renewal cycles
  • Assist with acquisitions and the license transition
  • Liaise with new and existing employees regarding licensing processes
  • Assist with monitoring of licensing requirements and compliance
  • Provide back-up duties for other administrative duties and projects as required

The Successful candidate will have:

  • If you feel you have the equivalent skills, please apply*
  • High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in an office environment
  • AIC General Insurance Licence 1 or 2 or willing to obtain
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer skills - Keyboarding and MS Office
  • Exposure to Epic is an asset
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Conscientious and able to maintain confidentiality
