Job description

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in direct Project Management / Project Coordination
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Financial background: project finance, forecasting, earned value management and invoicing experience
  • High level of energy and engagement
  • IT background with waterfall project delivery experience
  • Self-directed with a track record of accountability and ownership
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, standards, and processes
  • Proactively anticipate and manage changes in project scope
  • In-depth knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and methods
  • Strong interpersonal skills (written and oral communications)
  • Strong awareness of privacy and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
  • Self-motivated and possess excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrate good judgment and an ability to build consensus among groups with differing priorities
  • Demonstrate leadership, influence, communication, presentation and facilitation skills while balancing multiple initiatives
