Project Coordinator - EIT

Agilus is recruiting for a Project Coordinator - EIT in the Oil and Gas industry in a hybrid work environment in Edmonton, Alberta. Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator - EIT with strong co-op experience in the Oil & Gas industry to assist on projects for construction, operation, and maintenance of natural gas pipelines and facilities.

A typical day:

1. Coordinate with a variety of internal teams (engineering, land, construction, operations, procurement, etc.) and external partners (consultants, contractors, vendors, etc.)
2. Contribute to the scope development and evaluation of projects during initiation
3. Ensure compliance with code and company specifications, material and equipment specifications, optimization of design for operations and construction, job plan development, and any associated engineering calculations
4. Act as technical resource to provide support to various internal groups
5. Complete engineering assessments

Successful candidates will have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2. EIT designation
3. Must have Co-op field experience, working with trades in the Oil and Gas industry
4. Must be a self-starter who takes initiatives and has excellent communication abilities
