What You'll Be Doing

The Employee Program Enablement team is crucial in enhancing employee capability, skill, and engagement through operational excellence and strategic thought leadership. The Project Coordinator Co-op role will assist in leading mid to large-scale initiatives focused on project delivery, program sustainment, and strategy development, all aligned with the Employee Enablement Strategy. In this role you will assist in the creation of a comprehensive employee strategy for the Contact Centre, fostering a strong employee culture throughout various stages of an employee's work life. You will have an opportunity to learn about all stages of the project lifecycle by having the ability to work on initiatives at various stages – from strategy to delivery to project management, partner with stakeholders from across the Enterprise and work on a fun, dynamic and fast-paced team.

  • You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.
  • Recruitment timeline: Applications review – May; Interviews – May/ June; Offers – June/ July
  • Please include your resume (no more than 2 pages), a cover letter (no more than 1 page), and your most recent unofficial transcript with your application. These should all be uploaded into the Resume section of the application as one pdf document
  • This is a 4 month co-op opportunity.

How You'll Succeed

  • Project delivery and project management: Participate in activities to support the launch of projects such as discovery, executing on launch plans, providing support to stakeholders and developing summary decks. Assist in the reporting for strategic initiatives by coordinating status reporting, schedule, change requests, risk and KPI updates.
  • Business strategy: Participate in requirement gathering sessions. Support ongoing communications between peers, stakeholders, business owners and partners regarding project impacts.
  • Planning and coordination: Interact with team members and stakeholders to encourage engagement and connection. Prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks concurrently with strong organization skills.
  • Deliver with speed: You make sure we’re delivering on time, within scope and budget, and are future-proofed. You can manage multiple priorities at the same time and iterate effectively.
  • Materials preparation: Develop executive level communications & presentations.
