Job description

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Track productivity, costs, and progress on Ontario Line South.
  • Report site work activities.
  • Implement quality control to ensure and check compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
  • Assist in the coordination, preparation, and submission of as-built and design drawings.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs.
  • Provide management with data and project analysis.
  • Review, create, and present job cost reports to management.
  • Provide data and input for month-end reconciliation.
  • Maintain files and correspondence.
  • Review contract documents, construction drawings, generate procurement lists, RFIs, change orders, permits, traffic, and land information as necessary.
  • Liaise with and inform stakeholders, vendors, and owners on project schedule.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Qualifications :

    • Currently enrolled in relevant programs such as Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
    • Capable of reading and understanding construction drawings and documents.
    • Proficient in Office 365.
    • Ability to use AutoCAD.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team.
