As a Project Coordinator to support BFE (Buyer Furnished Equipment) management initiatives in collaboration with a leading Canadian carrier. The role will involve direct coordination with the carrier’s project teams, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of BFE items for new aircraft production and retrofit programs.

How you create impact

• Support the end-to-end tracking and coordination of BFE shipments to final assembly or sub-assembly points
• Monitor and confirm receipt of BFE at various destinations, providing documentation to the carrier as required
• Identify and report shipment discrepancies, damages, or delays, and coordinate resolutions
• Assist in the use of proprietary IT systems for project tracking and reporting
• Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and status reports in coordination with the broader project team
• Communicate in both French and English with vendors, logistics partners, and client contact
• Participate in regular status meetings and support project documentation and reporting

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Logistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in similar role from freight forwarding industry
• Bilingual in French and English is Manadate
• Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint, and can maintain complex Excel spreadsheets
• Experience or familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software is a plus
• Knowledge of aircraft components or prior exposure to the aerospace sector is an asset
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, professional environment
