Project Coordinator – Nuclear (Ontario)

Join a global automation company with over 1,000 employees, designing and building mission-critical solutions in mobility, nuclear, and specialty sectors.

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Nuclear Engineering team in delivering high-impact automation projects. Your responsibilities include managing project scope, resources, schedules, and documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Please note that this role requires designation as a Nuclear Energy Worker and occasional work in radioactive environments.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate project planning, execution, and close-out
  2. Facilitate design reviews and cross-functional meetings
  3. Develop schedules, forecasts, and technical documentation
  4. Support tender evaluations, bid packages, and proposals
  5. Ensure engineering and QA process compliance
  6. Contribute to tooling improvements and continuous design enhancements
Qualifications
  1. Degree in Engineering (Systems Design, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, etc.)
  2. P.Eng. license in Ontario is an asset
  3. 5+ years of project engineering experience
  4. Familiarity with automation systems and ECC processes
  5. SolidWorks proficiency is a plus
