  • Experience with project coordination and estimating in the construction industry.
  • Understanding of the dynamics of supplier relationships.
  • Good knowledge of our product lines.

Challenges Awaiting You
  • Provide contractors with accurate estimates and coordinate with key suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of the right products.
  • Review project requirements, scope, and objectives to ensure efficient and profitable management. Liaise with stakeholders to meet project needs.
  • Manage purchase orders, including documentation, communication, fulfillment, and billing.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and escalate when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and delivery quality.
  • Negotiate prices and sale conditions with suppliers, aiming for the best interests and margins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Keep technical knowledge of product lines current and stay updated on industry developments to meet customer needs. Show interest in improving business skills.
