Event & Virtual Program Support
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for CEM conferences and virtual programs, in addition to attending each event.
  • Assist with event preparation, including run‑of‑show coordination, scheduling, and logistical planning.

  • Assist with rooming list management and coordinate client communication related to accommodations and logistics.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Project Manager to support client onboarding scheduling, CRM updates, and website content updates.
  • Ensure internal systems, master lists, and attendee information remain accurate and aligned across platforms.

  • Serve as a reliable communication bridge between partners, internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Ensure professional and timely communication across all administrative interactions.
  • Track deliverables and support cross‑team coordination to ensure projects and operational priorities stay on schedule.
