Skretting St. Andrews is looking for Project Co-ordinator to assist in the development of project and manage budgets, schedules, planning, coordination, allocation of resources to ensure the successful completion of project.

Job Description:

Project Documentation & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing AFE (Application for Expense) documents by compiling technical, financial, and scheduling inputs

  • Maintain organized project files including specifications, drawings, vendor documents, and MOMs

  • Draft and circulate meeting minutes and track action items

Scheduling & Planning Support

  • Update and monitor Gantt charts or project schedules (Excel/MS Project)

  • Coordinate shutdown execution plans with internal stakeholders and contractors

  • Assist in tracking progress against milestones

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Prepare and submit purchase requisitions in line with project scopes

  • Follow up with vendors for documentation, quotes, material deliveries, and FAT/SAT documentation

  • Support technical bid evaluations and maintain procurement trackers

  • Coordinate with the CMMS tech to issue POs and release PO

  • Follow up with vendors and subcontractors for Invoices

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Act as a liaison between project, production, QAQC, maintenance, and procurement teams

  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups with contractors and suppliers

  • Track compliance documents, insurance certificates, and contractor onboarding

Cost & Budget Tracking

  • Update budget forecasts with actuals and committed spend

  • Support cost-saving analysis and provide data for monthly reviews

On-Site Coordination

  • Support plant visits during installation or commissioning phases

  • Record observations and assist with checklists during shutdowns or FAT/SATs

  • Ensure safety protocols and documentation are in place for contractors

Expectation from the Role:

  • Formal education or qualification in the relevant field with relevant experience in the manufacturing field or engineering industry.

  • At least 3+ years of solid background in manufacturing with experience in projects co-ordination and project management
