The Sub-Program Coordinator will provide essential support to a Sub-Program Manager and Deputy across scheduling, document control, reporting, and communications for a zone or sub-program within one of the biggest infrastructure projects in Ontario. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring strong organizational and technical support skills.

  • Maintain up-to-date tracking of deliverables, risks, RFIs, and change requests
  • Support onboarding and coordination of sub-consultants and internal teams
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership and CJV
  • Coordinate zone meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and track action items
  • Assist in early warning submissions, scheduling updates, and interface logs
  • Liaise with the Document Control and Commercial teams for compliance

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordinator or project support role
  • Familiarity with ProjectWise, SharePoint, Aconex, and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with large infrastructure or transit projects preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a high-paced, multidisciplinary setting
