Job description

Adecco is actively seeking a Project Coordinator to join our client's team based in Regina, SK. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for someone with a strong background in construction project coordination. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure seamless project execution from planning through to closeout.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in project planning and scheduling
  • Support estimating and review subcontractor tenders
  • Manage RFIs, drawings, and specifications
  • Handle change management and contract administration
  • Coordinate with site teams and liaise with consultants and clients
  • Review shop drawings and manage construction documentation
  • Track financials, assist with progress invoicing, and project closeout
  • Support QA / QC and LEED documentation (if applicable)
  • Ensure compliance with safety and performance standards

Requirements :

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • Holds a civil / structural engineering degree, architectural or civil tech diploma, or has 5+ years of trade-based experience
  • Experienced in project coordination or management, preferably in commercial / civil construction
  • Strong in communication, organization, and problem-solving
  • Knowledgeable about the construction lifecycle
