Thales Canada is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the project manager and deliver objectives effectively. The role involves extensive coordination of project activities across multiple stakeholders and teams, ensuring project goals are met. Thales has a vacancy for this role; the incumbent supports the Project Manager (PM) and the PMO Manager by coordinating a wide range of day-to-day project activities, ensuring work is carried out effectively and that project actions impacting progress are tracked and followed through. Within the AJISS program, the coordinator will perform assigned program coordination activities, support the PM in project activities to achieve successful completion, and coordinate internal and external teams while acting as a key liaison across stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives. The role contributes to overall delivery across technical, industrial, financial, and customer satisfaction domains, supports fulfilment of milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements, and assists in timely issue escalation as needed.
This position requires direct or indirect access to hardware, software or technical information controlled under the Canadian Export Control List and/or the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be eligible or able to obtain authorization for such access.
All applicants must be able to obtain a Canadian NATO Secret clearance and meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Canadian Controlled Goods Registration Program.
Schedule: 40 hours per week / 5 day per week.
Physical Environment: Hybrid role - Onsite and remote working.
Travel: Minimal travel required.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash 60,000.00 - 75,000 CDN Annual. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many; actual placement within the range depends on factors such as career history, competencies, skills and performance.
