Project Coordinator

Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our consulting practice has an opening for a Project Coordinator (PCO) to support project activities and light financials. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills for a Top Five Bank.

Client: Big 5 Bank

Location: Hybrid Downtown Toronto, Ontario

Terms: 6-month contract to hire

Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Summary:

This PCO role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, proficient computer skills (especially with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. The role involves serving as a resource for company policies, communicating with senior managers, and performing confidential administrative functions.

Required Skills:
