Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator for Sudbury, Ontario. You will assist project teams with daily management, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
The role supports project superintendents and managers, handles scheduling, reporting, and client communications, and participates in environmental/safety/quality programs. A Civil Engineering Technician/Technology Diploma is preferred.

Project Coordinator Sudbury, Ontario SUMMARY Reporting to the Director, Sudbury, GIP Paving has an opportunity available for a Project Coordinator for projects in Sudbury area working for its Construction division located in Sudbury, Ontario. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate project documentation, coordinating schedules, and tracking metrics to ensure projects are on track, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards.
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist Project Superintendents and Project Managers with daily management of project(s) including but not limited to the following:
