Project Coordinator (Part-Time, Hybrid)
Skylight Productions – Kitchener, ON
20 hours/week | Hybrid (minimum 2 days/week in office)
About Us
We’re Skylight Productions—a premium boutique video production company that blends a love of high end production with a deep understanding of strategy. For over 17 years, we’ve helped brands tell powerful stories that result in their success. Our work spans brand films, tourism campaigns, educational series, and big-picture awareness pieces. We’ve filmed on nearly every continent and still treat every project like it’s our most important.
What sets us apart is how we work with people. We put our clients at the center of the story and build every production around what matters most to them. We believe in clarity over cleverness, intention over flash, and in making the process feel seamless, thoughtful, and—dare we say—enjoyable. We sweat the details so our clients don’t have to.
We’re not a content factory. We’re craftspeople. Strategic thinkers with a camera. And we’re looking for someone who shares that mindset.
About You
You’re the type of person who remembers other people’s deadlines better than they do. You notice when a link is broken, a font is off, or a detail is missing before anyone else does. You keep calm when timelines change, and somehow you still manage to keep the project running on time and on budget. You’re not just organized—you bring order to chaos with a spreadsheet and a smile.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who can be the glue between our creative, strategic, and production teams. You’ll report directly to our Chief Creative and work closely with our Customer Success lead to keep projects moving forward, timelines realistic, and client expectations aligned with deliverables. Our workflows are not complicated but we do deliver more than 30 projects and over 250 videos a year on average. This requires a person that can see both the big picture, and the nitty gritty details.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility, but we’ll need you in the office in Kitchener at least 2 days a week to stay hands-on with our team and workflow. If you are not local to the area or cannot commit to in-person meetings and work, please do not apply.
