Role Overview

We are forming a Business Transformation Team to lead the successful implementation of a brand-new Oracle Fusion solution. This is your chance to join a dynamic group of professionals and focus on the people side of change that this ERP project requires.

We are currently hiring a Project Coordinator on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension to a permanent role. The successful candidate will support project governance, tracking, documentation, and cross-departmental coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced transformation environments and can keep teams aligned and projects on schedule.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Support senior leadership and workstream leads in daily project coordination.
  • Maintain project documents such as charters, plans, issue logs, risk registers, and reports.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, record action items, and follow up.
  • Track progress against milestones and dependencies.
  • Coordinate input from internal teams, system integrators, and vendors.
  • Manage document control and repository access (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Assist with change management communications and stakeholder updates.
  • Support test planning, cutover tracking, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Assist with project budgets and financial tracking.
  • Support all project phases from initiation to closure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet is an asset.

Helpful, though not required:

  • Experience with data migration, testing, training, or integration activities.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools like PowerPoint, Visio, or BI dashboards.
