Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction project coordination, knowledge of design-build processes, and proficiency with MS Project, Procore, and Office tools. This is an in‑office role with potential for travel to project sites.

Reporting to the Manager, Preconstruction Services, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in planning, scoping and estimating project opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the Business Development team to prepare well‑designed, technically sound and cost‑effective proposals for PMC pursuits, helping position the organization for successful contract awards. This is a full‑time, permanent, in‑office position in Grimsby, Ontario.
