Salary: PROJECT COORDINATOR

Energy Network Services (ENS) is a national, well-known and respected Application Engineering Management Company. We lead in the provision of innovative and cost-effective lighting and lighting controls services for improving energy performance for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities in the private and public sectors. Our expertise extends to all stages of an energy management project, including planning, implementation, financing, and monitoring. ENS also provides solutions beyond building lighting and controls, including Smart City Solutions and EV Charger Deployments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Project Manager and supports Managers in various departments. Responsibilities include submitting and maintaining project deliverables, managing closeouts, and tracking project progress.

  • Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate schedules and communicate project progress.
  • Assist with documents and processes related to projects.
  • Schedule and oversee subcontractor work to meet project targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documents.
  • Complete reports, and control schedules and budgets across multiple projects.
  • Respond to emails to address client concerns and project issues.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities for program deliverables, including incentives, budgets, and scheduling.
  • Proactively identify issues and follow up on necessary actions.
  • Prepare contract and tender documents for clients and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technologies, Interior Design, or Applied Science from a recognized university or college.
  • Ability to assume responsibility and exercise independent judgment.
  • Capability to evaluate tasks, determine procedures, and implement solutions.
  • Ability to schedule work to meet objectives and participate in planning.
  • Effective in a multidisciplinary team and able to interact at various organizational levels.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask across projects.
  • Self-motivated with initiative to excel.
  • Project management experience is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects of varying scope and complexity.
  • Lighting knowledge is an asset.
