What you will be doing:
- Coordinate construction projects from conception through to completion
- Work with site crews under the direction of a Project Manager to look after day-to-day responsibilities on a project
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance throughout the construction process
- Develop and maintain accurate spec sheets and distribute updated copies to the team
- Execute procurement activities and work on coordinating logistical challenges
- Perform site visits and collect necessary project data
- Host site meetings and distribute meeting minutes to the team
- Ensure project documents are updated regularly on project management software
- Prepare project progress reports for clients and management, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with Project Managers to manage budgets, estimates, and change orders
- Collaborate with Project Managers and site crews to control and manage labor, expenses, assets, and resources on a project
- Manage vendors, subcontractors, and site staff
- Monitor project quality and ensure work is in compliance with Company quality standards
- Ensure quality and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Fill out and issue subcontractor contracts
- Provide support and administrative assistance to Project Managers
- Participate in conflict resolution for all project related issues
- File WCB Notice on Projects as needed
What you must have:
- Familiarity with contracts review
- Understanding of safety requirements in Construction
Salary/Rate Range: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00
