Position Description
As this leading organization’s new Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with senior project leaders and multiple teams, in a concerted effort to achieve project milestones according to schedule.
Your expert communications skills will be essential to your success as you work to ensure that lead times are met, any potential product shortages are proactively addressed, any delays in projects are mitigated, and scheduling concerns are raised with key project stakeholders.
Your attention to detail and advanced administrative experience will be your advantage as you will be relied upon to prepare technical and order review documentation, while actively managing project status reports. In so doing, you will ensure Project Managers are equipped with project details and overall progress.
Experience
5 years of project management / related experience, ideally within manufacturing
