Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will be a part of the Major Projects team based in the Brampton or Markham, ON office. The ideal applicant will be skilled in communication, multitasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You possess advanced proficiency in MS Office, as well as being adaptable and motivated to learn.

What a day at EXP has in store for you
  • Communicate relevant project information accurately and effectively to clients and internal teams
  • Ensure client needs are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Track progress and quality of work performed by design disciplines and subcontractors
  • Facilitate the review and approval for key project documentation, including RFIs, Quality Records, Shop Drawings, Technical Reports, Design Certificates, and As-Built Models
  • Coordinate project meetings by preparing design update presentations and accurately documenting meeting minutes
  • Prepare and maintain project organization and communication charts
  • Assist with the determination of project requirements and scope
  • Promote process improvement by sharing constructive ideas and encouraging a positive team culture
  • Keep Design/Project Directors and stakeholders informed about project status and any issues that may impact client relations
What your experience looks like
  • Post-secondary education in project management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
