Coordinating project timelines, cost tracking, and deliverables with guidance from Project Managers
Organizing and maintaining project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and closeout files
Monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting billing and forecasting processes
Acting as a liaison between internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication
Keeping detailed records of project data, such as RFIs, shop drawings, and risk registers
Attending site meetings, taking minutes, and contributing to project mobilization and coordination
Assisting with procurement tasks-requesting quotes, preparing job packages, and managing order logistics
Supporting safety, quality, and contract compliance at the site level
Assisting with closeout activities including documentation archiving and client sign-offs Requirements :
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience coordinating construction projects-preferably in commercial or institutional builds
Strong understanding of construction documentation processes, including RFIs, submittals, and change management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software (like MS Project) is a plus
Clear and professional communication skills-both verbal and written
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
A collaborative attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
