Project Coordinator - Capital Markets

2 year contract + likely perm conversion

4x per week on-site in Bedford, NS

Pay: $25-37/hr + full benefits

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of project-based work (Project Coordinator/Jr Project Manager/PCO/Project Analyst)
• Experience running a variety of reports, supporting creating of PPT, opening/closing/updating project data, identifying opportunities for improvement/automation
• Some financial experience - preference for capital markets
• Experience with governance and reporting work on projects
• Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc), PowerPoint ( must be very strong), Tableau (prefer some knowledge/experience if possible)
• Ideally someone working towards a PMP or other similar certification.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Tableau dashboards.
• Familiarity with governance and reporting in financial services.
