In this role, you will:
  1. Be an emerging leader within the Waterfront PMO.
  2. Assist a team of approximately 15 in functions like Cost and Scope Control, Change Management, Risk Management, Earned Value, and Project Controls.
  3. Collaborate with the Financial Controls Team to enable accurate project forecasting, including creating financial models for scenario analysis.
  4. Compile data into reports and provide analysis to support decision-making.
  5. Assist in implementing and managing PMO process improvements.
  6. Support project teams in risk mitigation and performance measurement.
  7. Develop dashboards and monitor project performance.
  8. Review proposals and RFPs for operational alignment.
  9. Support project close-out activities and process improvements.
  10. Coordinate with Business Improvement and Quality teams to align performance measures.
  11. Support project reporting and communication activities.
The ideal candidate brings:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • An interest in Project Management and a desire to develop professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Eligibility for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance.
