As they continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented Project Controller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for structure, system, and successful project delivery.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Project Management Office, the Project Controller will play a key role in supporting project planning, cost management, and quality assurance across a range of construction initiatives. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are progressing according to plan, on time, and within budget. The Project Controller will also be instrumental in implementing project management systems and supporting contract and procurement processes.

As the ideal candidate, you are a well-organized and analytical professional with a strong understanding of construction project workflows, scheduling, and cost tracking. You have the ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, detailed schedules, and action plans, and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including contractors, consultants, and suppliers. You bring a familiarity with procurements management, risk management and quality control processes and excel in environments that require multitasking and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, while experience using project management tools or construction software is considered an asset. A proven track record in procurement and contract management will be highly beneficial. Excellent time management and communication skills round out the profile we’re looking for, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
