As a member of the Admin team, you will work closely with our Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Project Administrators, and the rest of the project team to ensure that the administrative aspects of the project(s) are performed accurately.

As a member of the Admin team, you will work closely with our Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Project Administrators, and the rest of the project team to ensure that the administrative aspects of the project(s) are performed accurately.

This role is based out of Kakabeka, ON.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Distribute invoices to Admin team daily
  • Process cheques received from our controller's department and distribute as required
  • Process expense reports as they are received to verify and ensure accuracy
  • Provide other administrative support as required
  • Maintain subcontractor documents to ensure all are up to date and valid
  • Process supplier and subcontractor invoices for payment
  • Assist sites with required documents for billings and client requirements
  • Other duties as required, including vacation coverage for other Administration staff

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Able to demonstrate logical problem-solving skills to independently find solutions
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong time management skills, and ability to prioritize a broad range of time sensitive tasks
