Cementation Americas is seeking a Project Change Coordinator for the NexGen shaft sinking project in Saskatchewan. You will work with project controls and site teams to turn project data into clear, actionable information, identify emerging changes, and support timely decision-making.

This role emphasizes maintaining change records, coordinating cost and schedule inputs, and contributing to claims support and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project controls, commercial, or change management roles.
• Strong Excel skills and meticulous data quality.
• Clear written communication and ability to organize information from multiple stakeholders.
• Confidence escalating emerging issues and following up on actions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain change, trend, early warnings, and claims registers with key dates and cost/schedule impacts.
• Coordinate cost, schedule and contract time inputs; prepare supporting records for review.
• Develop understanding of contract terms and change mechanisms; manage notices and deadlines.
• Prepare change and trend reports; ensure forecasts reflect approved and potential changes.
