The Project Administrator is accountable for assisting with documentations, submittals, day-to-day activities, project administration duties and helping to minimize the task work done by the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Estimator and Superintendent.

Position Details

  • Location: Edmonton, AB Office
  • Occasional site visits required
  • Duration: 18 months, with potential extension

What You Will Be Working On

Construction Management
  • Collaborate with project team members to minimize their task work, including change order pricing, submittals, RFIs, document management, drafting minutes, and ensuring accurate project administration.
  • Support cost-effective project delivery and educate team members in project administration.
Relationship Management
  • Develop and enhance relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and trades.
Project Administration
  • Process project documents, manage contracts, change management, maintain organized files, attend meetings, and assist with closeout documentation.
