About The Role

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and developing plans to support the successful implementation of key solutions. Your efforts will ensure minimal disruption and maintain the safe and reliable operation of Enbridge\'s core business. This role requires proactive collaboration with various stakeholders, including Enbridge Gas Ohio, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, North Carolina, Wexpro, and other functional areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing for the transition to new enterprise tools and functionalities, working alongside GDS integration and cross-functional activities.
  • Plan logistics and support change management for over 3,800 users across the U.S.
  • Analyze large data sets and cross-reference data across multiple sources.
  • Monitor communication plans and issue communications to impacted stakeholders.
  • Schedule training, support Workday setup, and manage training requirements and attendance.
  • Track business resource engagement and manage scheduling conflicts with the business readiness team.
  • Develop, run, and support progress reporting of resources and training status.
  • Lead planning and arrangements for logistics, including training rooms and technology needs.
  • Work with USUI team members to manage requirements and provide additional support.
  • Support logistical requirements for other areas of the USUI Program as assigned.
Scope And Impact

Operate in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders across Enbridge Gas functions and enterprise initiatives. Your role is crucial in helping Enbridge Gas meet enterprise objectives while ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable, and cost-effective energy to customers.

Qualifications
  • Related education and 2 years of experience, or an equivalent mix of formal education and demonstrated experience.
  • Proven experience managing work in a complex environment with aggressive timelines.

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet tools (SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables, IF statements).
  • Ability to influence others without direct authority.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Self-starter with initiative.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions
  • Travel as needed (~1-2 days/month).
