Position overview :

As a Digital Solutions Analyst at Sagard, you will support technology projects across business functions, working closely with project teams to ensure successful execution, documentation, and communication. The role involves administrative tasks such as tracking action items, updating project plans, and coordinating activities, requiring strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Support project execution across HR, Finance, and Data Digital Transformation programs.
  • Track and manage project action items, ensuring follow-up and closure.
  • Maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Support testing and implementation of new systems.
  • Conduct business process analysis and improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Create process diagrams and visual representations of workflows.

Experience & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years in project management or business analysis.
  • Experience in asset management or financial services preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Figma).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
