Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Analyst for BC's leading health authority to lead the transition of current data in programs to the OnePlan tool across the Capital Projects portfolio. The Project Analyst will also be responsible for change management of the new program to get current teams aligned with the features and utilization of the tool. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transferring data into OnePlan, analysis of the portfolio, identifying risks and gaps, communicating suggestions to stakeholders, monitoring the quality of the data, and overall optimizing the processes to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, the Project Analyst will be responsible for adoption of OnePlan, conducting thorough reviews and analyses of the project portfolio, providing one-on-one training and support to Project Managers, and ensuring compliance with established standards and best practices.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project analysis coupled with change management, particularly in implementing new tools and systems.

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, or Health Administration.

Experience working in public sector environments or working with clients in public sector.

Experience with data transfer processes.

Experience working alongside and supporting Project Managers.

Experience working with Procore, MS Projects or similar PM software.

Strong experience in excel and SharePoint.

Experience working with Power BI. Preferred healthcare or public sector experience.

Preferred experience working in construction/engineering/facilities environment. null
