You As a Project Analyst Will:

• Review daily reports regarding labor hours, equipment, and materials from the project administrators.
• Escalate and flag daily report to project analyst lead.
• Review scorecards periodically for projects and set up cost codes as required.
• Support with cost questions on COR's.
• Accurately input data using excel and PME's accounting software program.
• Verify that monthly costs have been LEMMED out accurately.
• Monitor daily project expenses.
• Prepare periodic cost reports for project managers.

Is this the right role for you?

• A diploma or post-secondary in administration, accounting, or equivalent would be considered an asset.
• 1-3 years of project administration or equivalent experience would be considered an asset.
• Strong computer skills and experience working with software programs such as Word and Excel is required.
• A reliable means of transportation is required.
