Minimum Qualifications
  • Working towards an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering (2nd or 3rd year preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Outlook
  • G2/G License required

Day in the life
Start your day by making a to-do list, prioritizing the most important and challenging tasks first. Ensure all project documents are regularly tracked, updated, and accessible to team members. Manage deliveries and samples during site visits. Assist with claims litigation, work closely with superintendents and project coordinators on cost tracking, project planning, scheduling, and quantities. Maintain organization and confidentiality, especially when reviewing tender documents and managing non-disclosure agreements. Support project setup activities, including subcontractor and vendor agreement preparation and document submissions. Attention to detail is essential for success.
