On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Project Administrator / Coordinator for a 12 month contract role. This position is remote and based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Project Administrator / Coordinator - Job Description :

The Project Administrator / Coordinator will support Senior Project Managers in the delivery of core project components. This role involves coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing project tasks, including budgeting, progress reporting, and scheduling. The project is focused on supporting multiple critical projects and ensuring effective communication and risk management.

  • Assist Senior Project Managers in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components.
  • Responsible for project budgeting, progress reporting, and scheduling.
  • Work alongside Project Managers to provide updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables.

Project Administrator / Coordinator - Mandatory Skills :

  • Undergraduate Degree or Certificate.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a recognized professional certification.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple project managers and critical projects.
  • PMO experience at a Program level.
  • Experience in providing Program governance support.
  • Proven ability to interact professionally and effectively with program leadership and team members.

Project Administrator / Coordinator – Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Knowledge of the insurance and / or the public automobile insurance business.
  • 2 years + experience defining the architecture and governance for SharePoint.
  • Program financial planning, analysis, controls, and reporting experience at the program level.
  • Experience with quality management including approach documentation and execution at the program level.
  • Development and management of program performance reporting including templates, scorecards, and reports.

The assignment is expected to be 12 months with potential extensions.

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. This position is remote. Must be eiligible to work in Canada.
