Overview

We are looking for a Project Administrator to support a transformative IT project, providing critical go-live and post-go-live support. The role will focus on ensuring successful user acceptance testing, developing training materials, and assisting project managers through change management. This is a hybrid position, with a preference for candidates able to work in the office 3 days a week, though virtual arrangements may be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful system modifications.
  2. Develop and update process documentation and training materials for impacted users.
  3. Provide post-go-live support for project managers, including FAQ documentation and ad-hoc assistance.
  4. Coordinate with various departments (Finance, Billing Operations, IT) to ensure smooth project transitions.
  5. Assist in the execution of test scripts and manage testing coordination activities.
  6. Act as a change agent, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Skills And Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of experience in project administration or project management.
  2. Knowledge of project management methodologies, including project financial management.
  3. Strong experience in user acceptance testing and post-go-live support.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. University degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
