OverviewWe are looking for a Project Administrator to support a transformative IT project, providing critical go-live and post-go-live support. The role will focus on ensuring successful user acceptance testing, developing training materials, and assisting project managers through change management. This is a hybrid position, with a preference for candidates able to work in the office 3 days a week, though virtual arrangements may be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful system modifications.
- Develop and update process documentation and training materials for impacted users.
- Provide post-go-live support for project managers, including FAQ documentation and ad-hoc assistance.
- Coordinate with various departments (Finance, Billing Operations, IT) to ensure smooth project transitions.
- Assist in the execution of test scripts and manage testing coordination activities.
- Act as a change agent, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Skills And Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in project administration or project management.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including project financial management.
- Strong experience in user acceptance testing and post-go-live support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- University degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
