Responsibilities include setting up project files, managing documents, and coordinating with subcontractors. Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with mechanical or sheet metal trades is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using Procore, Buildertrend, Knowify or similar software is an asset.

As a Project Administrator at Harbourview Sheet Metal Ltd., you\'ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our projects. You\'ll work alongside project managers, estimators and field crews by organizing and collecting documentation and assisting with correspondence. This role is ideal for someone experienced in construction administration, who is looking for a fast-paced, rewarding role in the trades industry.

Responsibilities
