We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in Saskatoon, SK, starting in October 2025. The Project Administrator provides administrative support to our project teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication between the field, office, and clients.

Provide administrative support to project managers, site supervisors, and other team members
Prepare, edit, and format project documents, contracts, and reports
Track and update project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and conference calls
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and hard copy) for project documentation
Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and expense tracking
Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met
Assist with onboarding of project personnel and maintaining project-related HR records
Support compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements
Full-time, Monday to Friday office-based role (with some flexibility for site visits as needed)
Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Occasional overtime during peak project periods
Position starts October 2025
Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Jonas, or similar) is an asset
