Agilus is recruiting for a Project Administrator in the Construction Industry in Mississauga, Ontario.

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in construction administration? We’re hiring a full-time, permanent Project Administrator to support project teams both on-site in the Greater Toronto Area and at our client's Burlington office. This is a great opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure projects while growing your career with a respected industry leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers and Superintendents with administrative functions
  • Maintain organized project documentation from start to closeout
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services
  • Track productivity data and assist with project controls
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and reports
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and drawings
  • Assist with payroll reporting and employee documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and auditing procedures

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in construction project administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Prolog or Procore is an asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to work on-site in the GTA and in the Burlington office
