As a Project Administrative Assistant working in the Civil & Infrastructure Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play a key role in supporting the project teams with essential administrative tasks. Working on large-scale projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including updating project documentation, managing meeting schedules, and coordinating various project resources.

What You Will Do
  • Proactively communicate and maintain open lines of communication with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients, providing exceptional client service.
  • Use and maintain our innovative internal technology systems to manage project documentation.
  • Assist with key documentation and draft contract award letters.
  • Ensure key information is accurate, updated, and properly distributed.
  • Maintain shop drawings, RFIs, material purchase orders, change notice quotes, and project completion documents with attention to detail.
  • Adapt to project changes and update presentations accordingly.
  • Manage project invoicing and ensure successful transmission to the Accounts Payable team.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • College Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.
Additional Assets

Previous knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
