The Opportunity:
WSP is looking for a Project Administrative Assistant to join ourMidstream and Upstream group in our Remediation Program Management (RPM)team . Reporting tothe Midstream-Upstream Manager, this person will assist our Project Teams with the various administrative tasks within a project and ensure the final quality review of project deliverables.

What you can expect to do here:
- You will perform project administration work requested by our variousenvironmental assessment and remediationTeams
- Control the linguistic and stylistic quality of the documents (reports, specifications, letters, meeting minutes);
- Update resumes and project sheets;
- Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination.
- Generate Purchase orders and coordinate with the procurement teams;
- Ensure the page layout is according to WSP brand standards;
- Perform any other related tasks relevant to the Project Administrative Assistant.
What you’ll bring to WSP:
- Degree in administration or a professional diploma in secretarial work or equivalent;
- 2+ years' relevant experience as an administrative assistant;
- Advanced oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent proficiency in the main office applications (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, SharePoint);
- Strong organizational skills, initiative and attention to detail;
- Ability to work as part of a team, sometimes to tight deadlines.
