The Office of Continuing Medical Education in the Cumming School of Medicine invites applications for a Programs & Engagement Liaison. This Full-time Fixed Termposition is for approximately 6 months (based on length of grant funding), with the possibility of extension.
This position reports to the Manager, CME.
The Programs & Engagement Liaison plays a hands-on role in bringing professional development and continuing education programs to life, from first concept through delivery and evaluation. Working closely with internal teams, faculty, subject matter experts, and external partners, the incumbent coordinates educational initiatives while contributing directly to program quality, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
The Programs & Engagement Liaison serves as the key liaison among planning committees, subject matter experts, learners, and stakeholders, supporting both in-person and online learning environments. The role offers hands-on exposure to project coordination, relationship-building, and program delivery, and calls for strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to drive successful outcomes.
